Our Professional Standards include:

Immediate acknowledgement of assignments, identifying our file number and the assigned adjuster.

  • Contact all parties within 24 hours of the assignment.
  • Meeting within 72 hours of receipt of assignment.
  • Monthly status reports on full assignments, following the first preliminary 28-day report, are scheduled to meet clients’ specific requirements.

All investigation and adjusting service are in compliance with all applicable insurance codes and regulations.
